Administration Under Guardianship and Administration
Orders
Unfortunately situations do arise where an adult is
unable to make decisions on their own and did not previously appoint
a Power of Attorney. In these situations Tasmanian Perpetual Trustees
can provide a needed service when appointed as an Administrator by
the Guardian and Administration Board.
Once appointed, Tasmanian Perpetual Trustees is able
to take control of financial and legal decisions on behalf of an adult
who is unable to do so themselves.
If you would like to know more about this service,
or to make an appointment with one of Tasmanian Perpetual Trustees'
Trust Administrators please contact any Tasmanian Perpetual Trustees
branch.
