Mr Miles Hampton appointed a Director of Tasmanian Perpetual Trustees
The Board of Tasmanian Perpetual Trustees Limited (TPTL, ASX: TPX) today announced the appointment of Mr Miles Hampton as a Director of the Company. Mr Hampton will replace Mr Ian Griffiths on the Board who is stepping down as a Director as a result of increased work commitments.
Mr Hampton, who is also Chairman of Hobart Water's Board of Management, is leaving Roberts Limited later this year after two decades as Managing Director.
The Chairman of TPTL, Dr Michael Vertigan said "The Board is delighted that Mr Hampton has accepted our invitation to join TPTL as a Director.
