Customer Service recognised.
On Tuesday 22nd November 2005 Tasmanian Perpetual Trustees Limited, Glenorchy Branch were announced the winners of the Financial Services Award 2005 for Customer Service at the Glenorchy Better Business Awards.
Other competition finalists represented in this area included Westpac, Commonwealth Bank, Connect Credit Union, National Bank, Island State Credit Union, ANZ and B&E. ANZ and B&E were the runners up.
We consider the new Exceptional Customer Service and sales principles we have adopted have really placed us ahead of our competition and we hope to continue this winning form.
Continuing on our winning streak – Yvonne Kelly was also a finalist in the Female Employee of the Year category which was an excellent effort and again shows our staff are really dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients.
